My parents instilled into me a love of food my entire life. Both my parents are skilled cooks and showed their love to me with ample amounts of delicious food. I was inspired to start cooking in college, so I could have access to the delicious recipes I was raised on no matter where I was. Most of my favorite recipes are recreations of my parents’ food, from Quanzhou, Fujian, where my family is from. This food blog and channel is meant to honor my family and their legacy by sharing their recipes. Combined with my own love of the Great British Baking Show, I started an amateur baking competition with my friends in January 2020 right before the global pandemic. I hope you enjoy these recipes!
